With an extensive experience in the international hospitality field where he has worked for several years for different international hotel chains in the administration and operations area, and as a General Manager for Riu Hotels. His experience also includes tourism consultancy projects mainly for the Spanish Tourism official institution. Besides being a lecturer at Vatel Madrid and Vatel Malaga he is also currently a regular lecturer at Vatel China.
Professional with more than 15 years of experience in positions of responsibility and more than 8 years in companies and training and HR consultancies, managing strategic HR plans, monitoring and evaluation of results, remuneration systems, staff planning, personnel selection, plans of reception, etc. Technical knowledge in training and strategy and HR consulting, as well as tenders and grant processing, Currently Retokaizen Manager, training consultant, HR and business strategy and in collaboration with Dabo Consulting in the management of training and learning contracts, as well as in different formations.
Graduated in Geography and History from the University of Malaga, Associate degree in Human Resources, Associate degree in Executive Coaching, Associate degree in Training Management, Executive Improvement Program by the San Telmo International Institute, Gescom by ESIC, PADE (Advanced program of Business Administration and Management) by CEPYME, Higher University Course in Green Best Lean Manufacturing, (Production Systems) by the Catholic University of Ávila, and currently I am pursuing the MBA + Master in Human Resources Management by ENEB - Escuela De European Business Of Barcelona. As a teaching professional I teach certified professional courses, in-company training in the areas of Human Resources, Skills and Commercial Marketing.
With more than 14 years’ experience in the hospitality and hotel industry, in Food and Beverage.
Restless by nature and passionate about this world, she has trained with great professionals such as Dani García or Javier de las Muelas, among others. As for education, she trained with Agustí Torrelló or Juan Muñoz. She also has experience abroad in countries such as Germany and Scotland, where she was able to strengthen his level in both languages.
After working in different positions and different areas (Barman, Sommelier, Maitre, Director of F&B), she is currently dedicated to providing consulting and training services, with the intention of being able to transmit all of the knowledge acquired throughout her experience, as well as the passion for this profession. Since 2019, she has collaborated with Vatel Malaga as a teacher of Restauration and Gastronomic Culture.
Graduate in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Malaga, his career has always been linked to teaching within the Economics sector. After specializing in Development Economics, he began his career collaborating on educational management projects in countries such as the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Romania, or Turkey. For 3 years he has been the coordinator of the educational project of UNICEF Malaga "Enrédate", making the leap to university education in hotel management in Les Roches Marbella for 5 years. Currently he also collaborates with the MEDAC Institute in training and career guidance.
