Return

The Vatel Spain 2025 Hospitality Career Forum has concluded, leaving a profound mark on the more than 300 national and international students who took part in this year’s edition. More than a day of interviews and meetings, the Forum became a decisive moment in which students saw their professional dreams begin to take shape, feeling for the first time the real closeness of the future they work toward every day.

This edition strongly reaffirmed that the Vatel 2025 Forum consolidates Spain as an epicenter of international hospitality talent and as a key hub for dialogue on the future of tourism, bringing together more than one hundred prestigious hotel and tourism companies, institutional leaders and industry experts.

A transformative encounter for Vatel talent

Students experienced an intense day of networking that not only opened doors to internships and future job opportunities, but also provided inspiration, confidence, and the certainty that they are prepared to face the challenges of an ever-evolving industry. Alongside contacts and interviews, they took home something even more valuable: the excitement of seeing themselves as professionals in the making—capable, motivated and full of possibilities.

The Forum now continues in each student who left Truss Madrid – Movistar Arena stronger, more confident and more convinced of their vocation.

An emblematic setting for a historic edition

The growth and outstanding reception of the event led Vatel Spain, Hotel & Tourism Business School, to host the 2025 edition at Truss Madrid – Movistar Arena, a modern, versatile and iconic venue that reflected the dynamism and excellence of the hospitality sector. This new setting proved ideal for showcasing talent, facilitating encounters between companies and students, and creating unique professional opportunities.
